JonesLabs is a small software company in Atlanta, GA. We make web apps like SereneReader and AccessHawk, and apps for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch like Boost Weather and SiteGrade.
What We Build
Mostly our own web apps and Apple apps, plus the occasional website for friends or family.
Web Apps
Subscription web apps we run ourselves: SereneReader for reading RSS feeds, AccessHawk for accessibility scanning, SPConnector for printing packing slips, and MyPetDay for pet care.
iPhone, Mac & Apple Watch Apps
Native apps built in Swift: Boost Weather checks the air before a drive, SiteGrade grades a website's security, Pulse puts Google Analytics in widgets, and the SereneReader apps sync with the web version.
Websites for Friends & Family
When a friend or family member asks for a website for their business, we build it, usually on Nuxt or Shopify. A few of them are on our work page.

Boost Weather, our newest app, and three of the web apps we run.
Boost Weather
A pre-drive air check for performance cars, on iPhone and Apple Watch. It turns temperature, dew point, station pressure, and elevation into eleven air values, including density altitude and dyno correction, then gives one Green, Yellow, or Red verdict against the limits you set for your car, with the reason. It's a one-time purchase with no subscription.
SereneReader
A calm RSS reader that shows your feeds in the order they were published, without an algorithm or AI summaries. It runs on the web and as native apps for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch.
SPConnector
Prints your Shippo packing slips on your thermal printer as soon as orders are ready, so nobody has to print them by hand. It works with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and any other store connected to Shippo.
AccessHawk
An accessibility checker for web pages. AccessHawk runs Lighthouse in a real browser, then has Claude, Anthropic's AI model, review the screenshot, accessibility tree, and HTML. Each issue comes with its WCAG criterion and a suggested fix, marked on the screenshot. Scans can run on a schedule or from your CI pipeline. The site itself is high contrast and set in a typeface made for low-vision readers.
